After a detailed questionnaire, we will schedule an onboarding meeting with you and your loved ones. We will lay out a service plan to document the type of care and activities our team will help with as well as the frequency of which these services should be performed. Our aim is to be thorough with this process. We will have a plan in place before beginning care. This service plan can be changed or revisited at any time. The objective will be to provide the best care possible to your loved one.

We are available any time of the day via text, call, or email. We document every part of your loved ones care journey to make sure you have all the information as to their well-being. Open and honest communication is essential. We will be intentional each day to improve your loved one's quality of life. We ask for you to buy into the service plan each day and communicate us when changes need to be made. Reach out to us any time of day if you need help.

We train and measure all of our caregivers based on their ability to provide service that incorporates all of these pillars. We take shortcomings of our quality of service very seriously. All team members will receive ongoing training and communication that relate to quality service and how they can utilize these attributes to enhance their clients quality of life. Most importantly is providing service with love. We ask our caregivers to deliver the same high level quality service they would provide their own parents.
